Hines Group. (a) Jxxxxxx X. Xxxxx and/or Gxxxxx X. Xxxxx, their parents, brothers and sisters, and the respective spouses, children or grandchildren of any of the foregoing (including children or grandchildren by adoption), and (b) any current or former employee of Hxxxx.

  • Intermediate Holding Company means any Subsidiary of Holdings (of which Holdings, directly or indirectly, owns 100% of the issued and outstanding Equity Interests) that, directly or indirectly, owns 100% of the issued and outstanding Equity Interests of the Lead Borrower.

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.

  • Bank Holding Company means a company registered as such with the Federal Reserve pursuant to 12 U.S.C. §1842 and the regulations of the Federal Reserve promulgated thereunder.

  • Community Contribution Company means a corporation formed under the laws of British Columbia that includes in its articles the following statement:
