HIPAA Policies and Procedures has the meaning set forth in Section 4.17(i).
HIPAA Policies and Procedures is defined in Section 3.21.14.

  • Business Associate’s HIPAA Policies and Procedures (including policies regarding transmitting and transporting PHI).
