Holdback Percentage definition

Holdback Percentage has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(d)(i).
Holdback Percentage means the quotient, expressed as a percentage, obtained by dividing $25,000,000 by the Distributable Equity Value.
Holdback Percentage of a Partner means the designated percentage of the Carried Interest Proceeds allocated to such Partner, which shall initially be as set forth in such Partner’s Terms Letter.

Holdback Percentage means the quotient obtained by dividing the Holdback Amount by the Original Price, expressed as a decimal;
