Holder Reporting Obligations. The obligation (a) to obtain and provide to the Issuer and the Trustee (including their respective agents and representatives) information or documentation, and to update or correct such information or documentation, as may be necessary or helpful (in the sole determination of the Issuer or the Trustee or their agents, as applicable) to enable the Issuer to achieve Tax Account Reporting Rules Compliance and (b) to ensure that the information or documentation described in clause (a) is accurate and complete.
Holder Reporting Obligations. The obligations set forth in Section 2.5(i)(xvii).

  • Insider Report means a statement required to be filed pursuant to Section 16 of the Exchange Act (or any successor provisions), by a person who is a director of the Corporation or who is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than ten percent of the shares of the Corporation.

  • Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Subscriber Reports means the monthly Subscriber reports to be provided by Affiliate to the Authorized Representative in terms of Clause 11 of this Agreement.

  • Weekly Reporting Period means any Level 2 Ratings Period.

  • MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;

  • Outstanding Obligations means, as of any date, and giving effect to making any Extensions of Credit requested on such date and all payments, repayments and prepayments made on such date, the sum of (a) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Loans, and (b) all Letter of Credit Usage.
