Holdings Business definition

Holdings Business means the businesses and operations of Holdings and its Subsidiaries, including any Assets used in connection therewith.
Holdings Business means the business and operations conducted by Holdings and the Holdings Affiliates, including the Lumentum Business, as such business and operations will continue after the Distribution Date.
Holdings Business means any business or operations of Holdings or any Holdings Affiliates, including, in all cases, any predecessor entities. "Holdings Capital Stock" means all classes or series of capital stock of Holdings.
