Holidays shall be deemed to mean and include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Vacation means annual vacation with pay.
Weeks Pay' means the ordinary time rate of pay for the employee concerned:
Sick Leave means the period of time an employee is absent from work with or without pay, by virtue of sickness, quarantine, or accident, or out-of-town medical/dental referrals for which compensation is not payable under the Worker's Compensation Act.
NERC Holidays means a holiday as defined by the North American Electric Reliability Corporation or any successor thereto.
Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.
Public Holidays means those days declared as public holidays in accordance with the Holidays Act 1983.
Paid sick leave – means paid leave under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act.
Vacation Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first (1st) day of April in each calendar year and concluding on the thirty-first (31st) day of March of the following calendar year.
PTO means the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Current Sick Leave means those days of sick leave for the current contract year, which leave is granted at the rate of one day of sick leave per month worked, or major part thereof.
Unscheduled Holiday means that a day is not a Valuation Business Day and the market was not aware of such fact (by means of a public announcement or by reference to other publicly available information) until a time later than 9:00 a.m. local time in Buenos Aires two Valuation Business Days prior to the scheduled Valuation Date;
Week means seven consecutive days.
Weeks pay means the rate of pay for the employee concerned at the date of termination, and shall include in addition to the ordinary pay any over- agreement payments and the following, if applicable:
Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.
Water Year means the period commencing with October 1 of 1 year 20 and extending through September 30 of the next; and
Clock hours means the actual number of hours or time a participant spends attending the instructional portion of a training designed to develop or enhance early care and education or school–age care competencies.
On-Peak Hours means Hour Ending (“HE”) 0800 through HE 2300 EPT, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and PJM holidays.
Vacation rental means the lease, sublease, or other rental of residential property for a period of fewer than ninety days, except that it does not include rental of residential property on a weekly or monthly basis pursuant to Chapter 40 of this title, the South Carolina Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
Workweek means any week during which a Class Member worked for Defendant for at least one day, during the Class Period.
Normal Working Hours means 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, excluding PBI-observed U.S. holidays, in the time zone where the Equipment or other items are located.
Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.
Holiday means the twenty-four (24) hour period commencing at 0001 hours of a day designated as a paid holiday in this Agreement.
Leave Salary means the monthly amount paid by the University to an employee who is on leave.
Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions means any determination, decision or election with respect to any technical, administrative or operational matter (including with respect to the manner and timing of the publication of Three-Month Term SOFR, or changes to the definition of “Floating Interest Period”, timing and frequency of determining Three-Month Term SOFR with respect to each Floating Interest Period and making payments of interest, rounding of amounts or tenors, and other administrative matters) that the Company decides may be appropriate to reflect the use of Three-Month Term SOFR as the Benchmark in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Company decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Company determines that no market practice for the use of Three-Month Term SOFR exists, in such other manner as the Company determines is reasonably necessary).
Worker Wage Rate means the actual hourly wage of non-salaried persons performing work on the Project plus allowable employer contributions as established on the Worker Wage Rate Form required by the Construction Documents. The Worker Wage Rate must be reasonable and customary for their industry, must equal or exceed the prevailing wage established by Owner and must be approved in writing by Owner in advance of any Application for Payment. All payments for non-salaried personnel working on the Project are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages and allowable employer contributions incurred by employer for services performed for the Project.
