Holidays definition

Holidays means a public holiday for the purpose of Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 or such other day on which the office of the Authority remains closed for the day.
Holidays means all federally observed holidays, including New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and to the extent of utilities or services provided by union members engaged at the Property, such other holidays observed by such unions.
