Home food service plan means any offering for sale to a household consumer of meat or poultry or seafood or the offering of such products in combination with each other or with any other food or non-food product or service sold as a unit for a total price in the aggregate in excess of two hundred dollars.
Home food service plan means the offering for sale to a consumer, in the consumer's home, any food item, or food item in combination with any non-food item and/or services, whether or not a membership fee or similar charge is involved.

  • North American Numbering Plan (NANP) means the numbering architecture in which every station in the NANP Area is identified by a unique ten (10)-digit address consisting of a three (3)-digit NPA code, a three (3)-digit central office code of the form NXX, and a four (4)-digit line number of the form XXXX.

  • Person-Centered Service Plan means the details of the supports, desired outcomes, activities, and resources required for an individual to achieve and maintain personal goals, health, and safety, as described in OAR 411-004-0030.

  • Pay Plan means the scale of wages as contained in the attached Appendix “A” and the rules governing its application, as per Article 12.

  • Retail food store means that term as defined in 7 USC 2012.
