Home Games definition

Home Games means, with respect to a Mexican Soccer League team, (a) games in which such team plays as the “home” team; and (b) any other games in which such team plays (such as neutral site games) for which Grupo Televisa owns or controls any rights to Broadcast in any Licensed Media in the Territory during the Term.
Home Games means all MLB Scheduled Games of the Team that under MLB Rules are designated as “home games”; provided, however, that should MLB designate the Team as home team for MLB Special Events, playing such games will not be considered a violation of any provision of this Agreement.

Examples of Home Games in a sentence

  • Tickets for Cancelled Games may not be exchanged for tickets for any other Regular Season Home Games or Postseason Home Games.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2.2(a) hereof to the contrary, if, during the Non-Relocation Term, there occurs, from time to time, an NFL Labor Dispute, then during the pendency thereof, the Team shall not be obligated to play any NFL Home Games at the Stadium that have been cancelled by the NFL as a result of such NFL Labor Dispute; provided that any replacement or substitute NFL Home Games must be played in the Stadium, subject to the terms of Section 2.2(b) hereof.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Team shall be entitled to play, and the foregoing covenant shall not prevent or prohibit the Team from playing, up to one (1) of its NFL Home Games outside the Stadium during each NFL Season; provided that such exempt NFL Home Game shall not include any post-season NFL Home Game.

  • Subject to Section 2.2(b) hereof, the Team shall play, and TeamCo hereby covenants to cause the Team to play, all of its NFL Home Games in the Stadium during the period commencing on the Term Commencement Date and ending on the Term Expiration Date or later in the event the Team Use Agreement remains in effect (such period, the “Non-Relocation Term”).

  • Licensor shall maintain at least substantially similar levels of service and staffing for all Home Games provided that the Parties shall regularly coordinate and discuss with one another the appropriate levels of service and staffing and accommodate the other’s reasonable requests for adjustment thereto.


More Definitions of Home Games

Home Games means all home games of the Team played in the Stadium by the Team, comprised of every Preseason Home Game, Regular Season Home Game and Playoff Home Game.
Home Games means all of the Team’s regular season and postseason Major League Baseball games in which the Team is the “host” team and which Major League Baseball schedules to take place in the Team’s operating territory, as set forth in the MLB Rules and Regulations and referenced in the MLB Constitution.
Home Games means any NBA Game in which the Team is designated as the “home team,” has the right to designate the location at which the game will be played, or in which the Team acts as the host for its opponent.
Home Games means the NHL pre-season, regular season, playoff season or exhibition hockey games played by the Calgary Flames as the home team.
Home Games means all NBA Pre-Season Games, NBA Regular Season Games and NBA Playoff Games of the Team that under NBA Rules are designated as “home games” of the Team.
Home Games means all Home Games (as defined in the Team Agreement) occurring after the Commencement Date.
Home Games shall refer to games in which the Team is a participant that are scheduled by Minor League Baseball to be held at the Team’s home venue.
