Operating Territory definition

Operating Territory in relation to TELECOM ITALIA means Italy and in relation to Tele8 means Sweden. The Annexes 1 through 2 to the present Agreement (hereinafter called "the Annexes") are integral part of this Agreement:
Operating Territory in relation to TGC means the fifty (50) states of the United States Of America, and in relation to TELECOM EGYPT CO. means Arab Republic of Egypt.
Operating Territory means the current and future territorial jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in which AAA SNE or any parent, subsidiary, or affiliate of AAA SNE, or a successor of any of them, does business or is licensed, as set forth in AAA SNE’s Certificate of Membership issued by the American Automobile Association, Inc.

Operating Territory. West" will initially target wholesale sub-prime mortgage business in the States of Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Washington, Oregon, Texas (purchase and refinance only) and Utah. Additional States may be added by agreement of the parties. "West" shall have exclusive wholesale sub-prime marketing rights to these states for the first eighteen (18) months from the Effective Date of this Agreement, after which, "West" will have exclusive rights only to brokers registered by "West" in these states. In the event West fails to meet this criterion and Bank and Managing Director choose to continue the West operations, then West shall continue to have exclusive marketing rights only to the mortgage brokers that it has registered as approved mortgage brokers with Bank and to future mortgage brokers thereafter registered by West. If the Bank disapproves a broker, it cannot thereafter retain the services of such broker for its own account.
Operating Territory refers to the Hellenic Republic (Greece) and the Republic of Cyprus as currently defined by the European Union.
Operating Territory in relation to ITC means USA, and in relation to TELECOM Denmark means Denmark including Greenland and The Faroe Islands;
