Scheduled Games definition

Scheduled Games means games that were scheduled for play at the beginning of the AYSO primary program and available for play (excludes games not available for play due to field closures or similar).
Scheduled Games has the meaning ascribed in section 2.2; "Scheduled Game Days" has the meaning ascribed in section 2.2; and "Term" has the meaning ascribed in section 2.1;

Examples of Scheduled Games in a sentence

  • The City grants to the Licensee, subject to the terms of this Agreement, the use of the Facility during the Term for the purpose only of home baseball games of the Licensee ("Scheduled Games") on those days and times scheduled in advance with notice to the City as provided herein ("Scheduled Game Days"), provided that such games may only be held during the Baseball Season.

  • If the City is unable to provide a liquor licence for the Facility during the Scheduled Games, the Licensee has the option to terminate this Agreement without costs or penalty on 3 days written notice to the City.

  • No fees will be deducted for Scheduled Games cancelled up to 2 hours before gates open.

  • In consideration of City allowing Soccer Organizations “League” to conduct certain League activities and sports activities upon property owned by City, specifically (Scheduled Games and Practices).

Related to Scheduled Games

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.

  • Scheduled Tribes means such tribes or tribal communities or parts of or groups within, such tribes or tribal communities as are deemed to be Scheduled Tribes in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 342 of the Constitution of India residing in any part of the State of Maharashtra;

  • scheduled service means the City Representative has notified the Contractor to perform services ten (10) working days prior to commencement of work by Contractor.

  • Scheduled Airline means an airline listed in the Official Airline Guide or ABC World Airways Guide where the air carrier holds a certificate, license or similar authorisation for scheduled air transportation issued by the relevant authorities in the Country in which the aircraft is registered, and in accordance with such authorisation, maintains and publishes schedules and tariffs for passenger service between named airports at regular and specific times.

  • Scheduled Downtime means any System downtime occurring within a planned System maintenance window as communicated to Customer. NCR Voyix will provide Customer with reasonable prior notice of any Scheduled Downtime via e-mail or NCR Voyix’s Hosting Web Site. NCR Voyix will seek to minimize the impact of Scheduled Downtime or any unscheduled downtime to the Customer’s business operations. Whenever feasible, NCR Voyix will seek to limit Scheduled Downtime to no more than three hours in a calendar week.
