Home Healthcare Provider definition

Home Healthcare Provider means any Affiliate of SALI or of the Sunrise Foundation which is licensed as a home health care provider in any state in which assistance with tasks of daily living provided to a person must be provided by a home healthcare provider licensed in such state.
