Home Health Care Provider definition

Home Health Care Provider means a home health care agency which is certified to participate as a home health agency under Title XVIII of the Social Security Act or licensed by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services as a home health agency.

Home Health Care Provider means an organization designated as a home health agency under rules of the department or certified by Medicare for delivery of home health services. [PL 1987, c. 829, §1 (NEW).]

Home Health Care Provider means either a Home Health Agency or an Independent Home Health Care Provider that provides Home Health Care. A Home Health Care Provider cannot be a member of the Covered Person's Immediate Family.
