HOME Regulations definition

HOME Regulations means the regulations at 24 CFR Part 92 governing the use of HOME funds, promulgated by HUD, including any subsequent amendments to such regulations.

More Definitions of HOME Regulations

HOME Regulations means the regulations set forth in 24 C.F.R. Part 92.
HOME Regulations has the meaning set forth in Paragraph B of the Recitals.
HOME Regulations means those regulations set forth at 24 C.F.R., Part 92, as such regulations may be revised from time to time. A copy of the HOME Regulations will be kept on file with the City as a public record. The HOME Regulations shall, for purposes of this Agreement (including without limitation the attachments hereto) be deemed to include Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, 12 U.S.C. 1701u, as amended.
HOME Regulations means the implementing regulation of the HOME Program set forth at 24 CFR Section 91, et seq., as such now exist and as may hereinafter be amended.
HOME Regulations means the regulations, as the same may be amended from time to time, promulgated by HUD under the HOME Program and which regulations currently appear at Title 24 Part 92 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
