Homeowner Member definition

Homeowner Member means the registered owner (including Carma as applicable) or one of the registered owners (as designated by those registered owners) of a single family property, a condominium unit, or multi-family rental property in respect of which a separate certificate of title is issued for each unit (or, in each case, a single tenant residing in such property as designated by the registered owner or owners thereof in accordance with article 4(c)) located in the Orchards Lands, who is a qualified Member of the Company;
Homeowner Member means the registered owner (including Brookfield as applicable) or one of the registered owners (as designated by those registered owners) of a single family residential property, including a condominium unit, (or a single tenant residing in such property as designated by the registered owner or owners thereof) located in the New Brighton Lands who is a qualified Member of the Company;
Homeowner Member means any individual(s) owning residential real property within the Association Boundaries (excluding condominiums but including townhomes), which real property is the principal residence of such individual(s), shall be eligible for a Homeowner category of membership and the privileges thereof.

  • Each Homeowner Member shall ensure that their tenants are apprised of the parking rules as defined herein and in the CC &Rs and the Rules and Regulations.


More Definitions of Homeowner Member

Homeowner Member means, in respect to each Lot, one of the following persons:
Homeowner Member means the registered owner or one of the registered owners (as designated by those registered owners) of a single family residential property (including a condominium unit) located in the Subdivision who is a qualified Member of the Company;

  • Property management means leasing or renting, or offering to lease or rent, real property of others for a fee, commission, compensation, or other valuable consideration pursuant to a property management employment contract.

  • Condominium Corporation means a condominium or strata corporation established under Provincial Legislation.
