Hong Kong Scheme Meeting definition

Hong Kong Scheme Meeting means a meeting of the Scheme Creditors in relation to the Hong Kong Scheme as convened by order of the Hong Kong Court for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the Hong Kong Scheme, and any adjournments thereof.
Hong Kong Scheme Meeting means the meeting of the Hong Kong Scheme Creditors to vote on the Hong Kong Scheme convened pursuant to an order of the Hong Kong Court (and any adjournment of such meeting).
Hong Kong Scheme Meeting means a meeting of the Noteholders in relation to the Hong Kong Scheme, as convened by order of the Hong Kong Court for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving the Hong Kong Scheme.
