HOPE for Homeowners Program means the HUD sponsored program described in HUD's Mortgagee Letter 2009-43. Laws means all federal, state, county, local and foreign laws, regulations, licensing requirements, ordinances, codes, rules, and orders that may be applicable to Customer’s business and ability to perform its obligations hereunder, all as may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
