Sponsored Program definition

Sponsored Program means projects or activities, other than Research, undertaken within the University pursuant to funding from an external source.
Sponsored Program means a research, instruction or service activity either financially supported, authorized or managed by the University.
Sponsored Program means any activity conducted at or under the auspices of NYU Langone that receives funding from outside NYU Langone other than a Human Subjects Research project and a Non-Human Subjects Research project, including education and service activities. (Exception: CME Activities– Commercial support of any certified-CME-activity is not a Sponsored Program.)

Examples of Sponsored Program in a sentence

  • All disbursements from the Sponsored Program Funds shall be made payable to the Grantee.

  • The Grantee will reflect the activities of the Sponsored Program, to the extent required, on its state and federal tax and information returns and financial reports.

  • Such reports shall describe the Grantee’s use of the Sponsored Program Funds, compliance with the terms of all grants, and the progress made by the Grantee in accomplishing the purposes of the Sponsored Program.

  • Any and all use of Sponsor’s name in media communications and fundraising materials with respect to the Sponsored Program shall be subject to Sponsor’s prior review and approval.

  • Employees who may be hired under the provision of Article 1, Cooperative Training Program and Government Sponsored Program shall not be employees to replace regular employees.


More Definitions of Sponsored Program

Sponsored Program means a program to be financed, on an agreed basis, out of the proceeds of the Credit and the proceeds of funds provided by international non-governmental organizations participating in the Project; and
