Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. Radiation therapist means a person, other than a Licensed Practitioner or Nuclear Medicine Technologist, who applies radiation to humans for therapeutic purposes under the supervision of a Licensed Practitioner;
