NHS England definition

NHS England means the National Health Service Commissioning Board established by section 1H of the NHS Act, also known as NHS England; Non-Personal Data means data which is not Personal Data; Operational Days a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday in England; Particulars means the Particulars of this Agreement as set out in clause 1 (Particulars);
NHS England means the body corporate established under section 1H of the 2006 Act;
NHS England means the NHS Commissioning Board established under section 9 of the Health and Social Care Act 2012.
