NHS England definition

NHS England means the National Health Service Commissioning Board established by section 1H of the NHS Act, also known as NHS England; Non-Personal Data means data which is not Personal Data; Operational Days a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday in England; Particulars means the Particulars of this Agreement as set out in clause 1 (Particulars);
NHS England means the body corporate established under section 1H of the 2006 Act;

Examples of NHS England in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, NHS England remains liable for a Claim relating to facts, events or circumstances concerning the Delegated Functions before the Effective Date of Delegation.

  • In advance of the commencement of each subsequent Financial Year, NHS England will notify the ICB of the amount of the Specialised Services Delegated Funds in accordance with Clause 10.2.
