Hospice aide definition

Hospice aide means an individual employed by or under contract to a hospice to provide hospice aide services as specified in s. HFS 131.43 (4) (f) under the supervision of a regis- tered nurse.
Hospice aide means an individual employed by or under contract with a hospice to provide hospice aide services under the supervision of a registered nurse. “Hospice aide” does not mean an individual who is licensed, permitted, certified or reg- istered under ch. 441, 448, 449, 450, 455 or 459, Stats., or who is a volunteer.
Hospice aide means a home health aide who has successfully completed a training and competency evaluation program approved by the director under division (A) of section 3721.31 of the Revised Code and Chapter 3701-18 of the Administrative Code, is currently listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry, and is employed by a hospice care program.

  • Health-related services means services that may have an effect on the health of individuals but are not health services or social care services;

  • Primary care physician means a physician qualified to be an attending physician according to ORS 656.005(12)(b)(A) and who is a general practitioner, family practitioner, or internal medicine practitioner.

  • Pharmacy means prescribed drugs and medicines dispensed by a pharmacist and/or travel and allergy vaccines dispensed by a pharmacist or doctor.
