Examples of Aide services in a sentence

  • The consultative Committee has an ongoing role in all areas to improve efficiency and effectiveness within Teacher Aide services and to monitor progress in meeting this Agreement’s objectives and implementation of the Agreement.

  • Community Health Aide services will be reimbursed at 85% of the Encounter rate.

  • Client understands and agrees that there is a four (4) hour daily minimum for childcare and family assistant services, a one (1) hour daily minimum for eLearning Aide services, and a twenty (20) hours per week weekly minimum for Private Educators.

  • A client who chooses to use ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Supportive Services to find a caregiver and then privately hires that referred caregiver, thereby excluding the referral service that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Supportive Services offers, will be assessed the following screening and referral fee per caregiver: $10,000 for Companion or Home Health Aide services; $15,000 for Skilled Nursing or Premier level services.

  • In the case of 1:1 Aide services, PROVIDER shall be compensated at the rate of $10.00 per half hour of individual service.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.
