Hospitality Contracts definition

Hospitality Contracts means the following Contracts to which Cendant or any of its Affiliates is a party or by which it or any of its Affiliates or any of their respective Assets is bound, whether or not in writing, except for any such Contract or part thereof (i) that is expressly contemplated not to be Transferred by any member of the Cendant Group, the Realogy Group or the Travelport Group to Wyndham or (ii) that is expressly contemplated to be Transferred to (or remain with) any member of the Cendant Group, the Realogy Group or the Travelport Group, in each case, pursuant to any provision of this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement:

  • Hospitality Package means any official hospitality package created by MATCH Hospitality comprising a Ticket and certain Match-day hospitality benefits and services to be provided at any Hospitality Facility in connection with the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. Hospitality Packages do not include services or benefits provided other than at a Hospitality Facility, such as (without limitation) ground transportation, air travel or overnight accommodation services.

  • Healthcare Facility means that portion of the Project operated on the Land as a Nursing Home, Intermediate Care Facility, Board and Care Home, Assisted Living Facility, and/or any other healthcare facility authorized to receive mortgage insurance pursuant to Section 232 of the National Housing Act, as amended, including any commercial space included in the facility.

  • Hospitality means the considerate care of guests, which may include refreshments, accommodation and entertainment at a restaurant, hotel, club, resort, convention, concert, sporting event or other venue such as Company offices, with or without the personal presence of the host. Provision of travel may also be included, as may other services such as provision of guides, attendants and escorts; use of facilities such as a spa, golf course or ski resort with equipment included;

  • Architectural services means those services described as the "practice of architecture," as defined in K.S.A. 74-7003, and amendments thereto.

  • Environmental Management System means an environmental management system or plan of management to address all environmental risks and to ensure compliance with all Environmental Laws and licences;

  • Quality control means the total of all activities performed by the Design-Builder, Designer, Construction Inspection Professional Engineering Firm and the Materials Testing Firm or Laboratory, subcontractors, producers or manufacturers to ensure that the Work performed by the Design-Builder conforms to the Contract requirements. For design, Quality Control activities shall include, but not be limited to, procedures for design quality, checking, design review including reviews for constructability, and review and approval of Working Plans. For construction, Quality Control activities shall include, but not be limited to, procedures for materials handling and construction quality, inspection, sampling and testing of materials both on site and at the plant(s), field testing of materials, obtaining and verifying Materials Certifications, record keeping, and equipment monitoring and calibration, production process control, and monitoring of environmental compliance. Quality Control also includes documentation of all QC design and construction efforts. The Scope of Work to be performed as part of the Quality Control task may be changed after the RFQ Phase.
