Host Contracting Party definition

Host Contracting Party means a Contracting Party in which a carrier operates, other than the Contracting Party where the carrier is established.
Host Contracting Party means the Contracting Party in whose territory the investment is made, and "Home Contracting Party" shall mean, in relation to that investment, the other Contracting Party.
