The Commonwealth reserves the right to: appoint its own investigator and conduct its own audit or investigation in accordance with paragraph (d); and report any Fraud or breach of any Anti-Corruption Law or Modern Slavery Law (as applicable) to the appropriate law enforcement agencies or any other person or entity the Commonwealth deems appropriate in Australia or the Host Nation for further investigation.
