  • The total number of units submitted must not include:• Excluded Services, including WorkSafeBC and ICBC related services, services for patients who are not BC residents, and services billable to third parties (insurance, employers etc.)• After-hours coverage (on call) time when not providing patient care• Breaksf) Start and end times must be entered on the billing claim.g) The MSP practitioner number of the LFP Host Physician must be entered in the “Referred by” field on the billing claim.

  • To continue enrolment, an LFP Locum who meets the Locum Eligibility Criteria must do the following between January 1 and March 31 in each calendar year they provide LFP Locum Services:iii) submit the 98000 Registration Code and the 98005 Locum Registration Code between January 1 and March 31 in each calendar year they substitute for an LFP Host Physician; andiv) submit an LFP Locum registration form.
