Hotel Account definition

Hotel Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Hotel Account has the meaning specified in Section 2.15.
Hotel Account means the Account by that name within the Construction Fund established and designated s such by Section 5.02 of this Trust Agreement.

  • In the event Reserved Room Nights for which funds have already been deposited into the Hotel Account are cancelled, such funds, less any payments due the Hotel for the cancellation of such Reserved Room Nights pursuant to Section 1.5, shall be released to MATCH.

  • Funds deposited into the Hotel Account shall be paid to the Hotel when the Hotel has fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement (namely, the provision of the FIFA World Cup Rooms) and submitted the Vouchers under the Reservation System to be established by MATCH.

  • Eurocard acts as data controller and may collect and process information (including certain personal data) about the account holder and the account holder’s representatives, administrators and persons authorized by the account holder to use Eurocard Hotel Account.

  • All expenses and all fees related to the operation of the Hotels, including Service Provider’s fees shall be paid out of the Hotel Account and Service Provider is authorized to make such payments.

  • Information is obtained from the account holder or their representatives and persons authorised to use Eurocard Hotel Account from public records maintained by authorities, from Eurocard, and from the registers of the SEB Group, or from other reliable sources.

  • The account holder shall fill in an application for Eurocard Hotel Account.


More Definitions of Hotel Account

Hotel Account means the “Operating Account” as defined in the Management Agreement.
Hotel Account means the bank account or accounts held by the Owner, into which AMR and the Owner shall deposit the Gross Revenues of the Hotel and from which the Owner, either directly or through the Officers, shall make the deposits required to be made to the Operating Account pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, provided that such deposit will be subject to the right of set-off of AMR pursuant to Clause Seven (F) of this Agreement.

Related to Hotel Account

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • FF&E Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 hereof.

  • Seller Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Project Account means the account referred to in Section 3.04 (a) of this Agreement;

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Separate Account shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in Section 3 of ERISA.

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).
