Hotel Deck definition

Hotel Deck means that certain parking deck, which contains 432 parking spaces, more or less, to be located on the parcel described on Exhibit “B”.
Hotel Deck means that Parking Deck proximate to and serving the Hotel as more particularly described at Section 6.02(b) hereof.

Examples of Hotel Deck in a sentence

  • The Hotel Developer shall work with the City in good faith to establish a validation system for parking in the Hotel Deck by visitors to Retail/Restaurant Space, under which the occupant of the Retail/Restaurant Space would pay all or a portion of the parking fees charged for such visitors.

  • The Hotel Developer may from time to time adopt and modify non-discriminatory rules and regulations governing the use of the Hotel Deck, and the City and those using the Hotel Deck by virtue of the rights granted pursuant to this Agreement shall be bound by such rules and regulations so long as such rules and regulations are not inconsistent with this Agreement.

  • The City shall have the right from time to time, on a reasonable basis, to audit the books and records of Hotel Developer, and of any third party management company, relating to the operation of the Hotel Deck.

  • The Hotel Developer shall work with the City in good faith in connection with the establishment by Hotel Developer of a compatible card reader system or similar access and use system to permit controlled and monitored access to the Hotel Deck by monthly parkers.

  • The Hotel Deck shall be subject to the exclusive control and management of the Hotel Developer subject to Applicable Laws.

  • This Agreement, together with the Master Parking Agreement, embodies the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties with respect to the use, management and operation of the Hotel Deck, and supersede all prior agreements, correspondence, arrangements and understandings relating thereto.

  • Master Developer allocates to Hotel Developer, for the benefit of the Hotel Parcel, 280 Dedicated Parking Spaces in the Hotel Deck as depicted on Exhibit B hereto.

  • Thereafter, there shall only be renewal of this Agreement with the consent of the City, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, so long as the Hotel Deck is still in use for parking for the Hotel Parcel.

  • The City shall be solely responsible for the Ownership Costs and the Operating Expenses of the Hotel Deck in accordance with the following provisions of this Section 5.

  • The Hotel Developer’s obligations with respect to the management and operation of the Hotel Deck include, but are not limited to, the maintenance and repair of the Hotel Deck, and Hotel Developer may in its sole discretion sub-contract out all or any of such functions or duties of Hotel Developer to manage said Hotel Deck, as described below, subject to the consent of the City, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Related to Hotel Deck

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Redeveloper means any person, firm, corporation or public

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • Property Owner Association Property means, for each Fiscal Year, any property within the boundaries of IA No. 1 that was owned by a property owner association, including any master or sub-association, as of January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year.

  • Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.

  • Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region.

  • airport operator A natural or legal person authorized to manage or operate an airport. “Airport Tax” It is the amount charged to a Passenger for the use of the airport facilities that can be collected by THE CARRIER with prior authorization, either on the ticket or at each airport, and must be paid by the Passenger. “Airway Ticket or Ticket” (GENERAL DEFINITION). It is the document issued by THE CARRIER or its Authorized Agent as written proof of the transportation agreement. The term that will be used in this Agreement is ticket.

  • Master Tenant means any entity approved by HUD now or hereafter leasing the Healthcare Facility pursuant to a Master Lease.

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • Forest land means all land which is capable of supporting a merchantable stand of timber and is not being actively used for a use which is incompatible with timber growing. Forest land does not include agricultural land that is or was enrolled in the conservation reserve enhancement program by contract if such agricultural land was historically used for agricultural purposes and the landowner intends to continue to use the land for agricultural purposes in the future. For small forest landowner road maintenance and abandonment planning only, the term "forest land" excludes the following:

  • Hotel Property means a Property on which there is located an operating hotel.

  • Marriott means Marriott International, Inc.

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Construction-manager-at-risk means a project delivery method in which:

  • Professional land surveyor means a professional land surveyor licensed under ch. 443.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Homeowners association or “HOA” or “POA” – shall mean an entity or entities, including its/their employees and agents, which may have jurisdiction over lands located within the District, either now or in the future, which may exist to aid in the enforcement of deed restrictions and covenants applicable to lands within the District.

  • Regional Center means a diagnostic, counseling, and service coordination center for developmentally disabled persons and their families which is established and operated pursuant to the Welfare and Institutions Code, Sections 4620 through 4669, by a private nonprofit community agency or corporation acting as a contracting agency. As used in these regulations, any reference to the regional center shall, by reference, be applicable to those agencies or persons with which the regional center contracts to provide service coordination to consumers under the provisions of the Welfare and Institutions Code, Section 4648;

  • Water Service Connection means the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water works that is located between the Corporation’s watermain in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Golf Course means the 18 hole golf course constructed on the Pearl Valley Estate;

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Owners Association means any association or organization created pursuant to the Owners’ Association Documents.
