Hotel Lessees definition

Hotel Lessees means each of the lessees under the Hotel Lease Agreements. “Initial Nominal Amount” has the meaning ascribed to the term in Clause 2.3.

  • Master Tenant means any entity approved by HUD now or hereafter leasing the Healthcare Facility pursuant to a Master Lease.

  • Franchisor means Marriott International, Inc.
