Hourly Contract Quantity definition

Hourly Contract Quantity shall have the meaning given to it in clause 4;
Hourly Contract Quantity means the quantity of Facility Energy for each hour reasonably capable of being generated by the Facility that is attributable to the Buyer’s Contract Capacity, as may be adjusted pursuant to Section 4.4.
Hourly Contract Quantity means the quantity of Physical Power to be delivered or taken during each Delivery Hour of a Physically Settled Power Futures Transaction;

Related to Hourly Contract Quantity

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Supply contract means a contract under which a lessor buys or leases goods to be leased.

  • MMBtu means one million British Thermal Units.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1 or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Volume Commitment means the volume of NGLs that a Committed Shipper has guaranteed to ship on the Pipeline pursuant to its TSA.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.
