Housing rehabilitation definition

Housing rehabilitation means the repair, renovation, or other improvement of housing to make the housing decent, safe, sanitary, and more habitable.
Housing rehabilitation or “Rehabilitation” means the diverse scope of repair work needed to bring eligible homes into compliance with applicable City Codes; provide access to persons with disabilities; or result in the conservation or more efficient use of energy.
Housing rehabilitation means that portion of an improvement to rental housing that relates to an eligible project if the improvement is to maintain the housing in a decent, safe, and sanitary condition or to restore it to that condition, including any of the following:
