HR Committee definition

HR Committee means the Human Resources Committee of the board of directors of the Corporation (or any successor to such committee).
HR Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(j).
HR Committee means the Human Resource Committee notified by the Board and headed by a Board member as its Chairperson.

HR Committee means the Human Resources Committee of the Board.
