HSA Eligibility definition

HSA Eligibility. The District shall designate Pro Flex Administrators, LLC to receive HSA and HRA contributions, as defined in Section 223 of the Code. Eligible employees and retirees who enroll in the Plan, and who are otherwise eligible to contribute to an HSA, may contribute and receive District contributions to an HSA through the District’s cafeteria plan under Section 125 of the Code.
