HSE Policy definition

HSE Policy means the Health, Safety and Environment Policy of the Company "IESO" means Independent Electric System Operator
HSE Policy means the policy of the Owner with regard to Health Safety and Environment, as mentioned in this Contract or any part of it herein, or otherwise communicated to the O&M Partner.

More Definitions of HSE Policy

HSE Policy means the Health, Safety and Environment Policy of the Company
HSE Policy means the health, safety and environmental policy of Lessee included in Exhibit E to the Shareholder Agreement.
HSE Policy means, with respect to a Person, the written policy which governs such Person’s standards and processes with respect to health, safety, and environmental matters. For the avoidance of doubt, these policies include any standards and processes related to mechanical integrity of assets.

Related to HSE Policy

  • Fair Use Policy means the fair use policy governing the Support Services attached in Exhibit 1, as may be amended by WSP from time to time.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.
