Hyatt Manager definition

Hyatt Manager means Hyatt Corporation (or its Affiliate), or such other substitute manager that is a Qualified Manager and assumes, to extent permitted by, and in accordance with, this Agreement, the management of the Individual Properties that are being managed by a Hyatt Manager as of the date hereof.

Hyatt Manager means, individually and/or collectively as the context may require, Hyatt Corporation or any subsidiary of Hyatt Corporation, and any Successor Brand Manager that assumes the rights and obligations of a Hyatt Manager under, and in accordance with the terms of, such Hyatt Manager’s Brand Management Agreement (as opposed to entering into a new Management Agreement).

  • Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.

  • Grant Manager means CalRecycle staff person responsible for monitoring the grant.

  • Exit Manager the person appointed by each party pursuant to paragraph 3.3 of this Schedule 8 (Exit Arrangements) for managing the Provider’s obligations under Schedule 8 (Exit Arrangements);

  • Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.

  • Service Manager has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.01(c).

  • City’s Manager means a manager who at the relevant time carries such designation from the City under, or in accordance with, ARTICLE 5;

  • Manager has the meaning set forth in 2.1.

  • City’s Project Manager means the City’s employee, or his/her delegate, who is authorized in writing to deal with the Consultant on behalf of the City in connection with the Services, or to make decisions in connection with this Agreement;

  • Operations Manager is defined in Section 4.8(a).

  • City Manager means the City Manager of the City.

  • Mines Manager means the Mining Engineer so designated for Jhamarkotra Rock Phosphate Mines of Rajasthan State Mines and Minerals Limited.
