Hydraulic project approval definition

Hydraulic project approval. (HPA) means a permit issued by the State Department of Fish and Wildlife for modifications to waters of the state in accordance with Chapter 75.20 RCW.

  • Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.
