Examples of IAC Parties in a sentence

  • The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will provide, at no cost to the IAC Parties, office supplies such as paper, pens, notebooks, printer cartridges, etc.

  • Each of the IAC Parties and New Match Merger Sub HoldCo has all requisite power and authority necessary to enable it to own, lease or otherwise hold its properties and assets and to conduct its business as currently conducted in all material respects.

  • To the knowledge of the IAC Parties, the Transferred Entities are not currently using nor have they in the past used without appropriate authorization, any confidential information or trade secrets of any third party, and the Transferred Entities have not received any written notice alleging such conduct.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, no representation or warranty is made by the IAC Parties with respect to statements made or incorporated by reference therein based on information supplied by or on behalf of Match for inclusion or incorporation by reference in the Registration Statement or the Joint Proxy Statement/Prospectus.

  • International Arbitration Centre (IAC) Parties can access arbitration, mediation and alternative dispute resolution at the IAC, providing privacy and more control by the parties over the appointment of arbitrators and the procedures that will be applied to assist with the resolution of their disputes.

  • In 2019 the Inter-American Sea Turtle Convention (IAC) informed the Secretariat that IAC Parties had adopted that year a Resolution (CIT-COP9-2019-R2) on the Conservation of Northwest Atlantic Leatherbacks, which includes a recommendation to the IAC Secretariat to resume dialogue with the ICCAT Secretariat and Parties, to establish a memorandum of understanding to improve our cooperation, and provide technical support to the Parties through implementation of the relevant resolutions of both organizations.

  • Further, unless the Company determines that such an employee will be returned to the bargaining unit within three (3) months from the date of the employee’s placement outside the bargaining unit, such employee may only be returned to the bargaining unit as a new employee.

  • Party/Parties means Buyer and Seller individually/collectively.

  • Local Parties shall be defined as the Board or the local OSSTF/FEESO bargaining unit party to a collective agreement.

  • Transaction Parties As defined in Section 5.3(o).

  • Buyer Parties means Buyer, Owner, the Lenders and each of their Affiliates and all of their respective directors, officers, agents, advisors, engineers, contractors, consultants, representatives, assigns, employees and any other Person acting on behalf of any of them or in representation, interest, benefit thereto.
