ICANN Requirements definition

ICANN Requirements means the Registry’s obligations under the Registry Agreement between Registry and ICANN and all ICANN Consensus Policies applicable to the .tickets TLD.

• Names subject to a Registration Application, or names that result in a Registration will be released in accordance with Registry Policies and ICANN Requirements.

• Upon the commencement of General Availability, Available Names will be allocated via Accredited Registrars on a first-come, first-served basis subject to the Registry Policies and ICANN Requirements.

• Our obligations to You under this Agreement are subject to modification at any time as the result of the ICANN Requirements.

• Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, ICANN Requirements and the Registry Policies we shall maintain the registrations of the Registered Names sponsored by You in the Registry System during the Registration Period provided that You have paid all the relevant Fees.

ICANN Requirements means RO’s obligations under RO Agreement between Registry and ICANN and all ICANN Consensus Policies applicable to the .basketball TLD posted at http://www.icann.org/en/resources/registrars/consensus-policies.

ICANN Requirements means the Registry’s obligations under the Registry Agreement between Registry and ICANN dated December 5, 2013, as it may be subsequently modified or amended, and all ICANN Consensus Policies applicable to the TLDs.

ICANN Requirements means the obligations set forth in the Registry Agreement, the obligations set forth in the latest version of the 2013 Registrar Accreditation Agreement, any ICANN Temporary Specifications or policies adopted from time to time by ICANN, and other policies including the Consensus Policies as published at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/resources/pages/registrars/consensus-policies-en the Uniform Dispute Resolution Procedure (UDRP), Trademark Clearinghouse and Trademark Claims Service, the Trademark Post-Delegation Resolution Procedure, Registry Restrictions Dispute Resolution Procedure, Public Interest Commitment Dispute Resolution Procedure and the Uniform Rapid Suspension System, each as defined in the Registry Agreement.

ICANN Requirements consist of the obligations set forth in the Registry Agreement, the obligations set forth in the latest version (including additional appendices) of the ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement, any ICANN Temporary Specifications or Policies and Consensus Policies (as defined in the Registry Agreement), including, without limitation, the latest versions, of policies identified at xxxx://xxx/xxxxx.xxx/general/consensus-policies.htm.

ICANN Requirements means the Registry’s obligations under the Registry Agreement between Registry and ICANN and all ICANN Consensus Policies applicable to the .LOVE TLD. Applications for a domain name may be received from any interested eligible party. “Launch Program” means the Sunrise Period described in this document but does not include General Availability.
