ICC Incoterms 2010 means the set of commercial trade terms as published by the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris [ICC], which are otherwise referred to as purchase terms and which define precisely the responsibilities, costs and risks of the buyer [Transnet] and the seller [the Supplier]. Examples of ICC Incoterms 2010 in a sentence

  • All returns must be sent to Seller DDP to Seller’s designated location (per ICC Incoterms 2010) unless otherwise instructed.
