DDP definition

DDP means Delivery Duty Paid named place of destination (consignee site)
DDP wherever appearing means Delivered Duty Paid. The supplier’s responsibilities shall include payment of all taxes, duties and levies, and delivery to KPLC stores. For avoidance of doubt, this includes Value Added Tax (VAT), Railway Development Levy (RDL) and Import Duties.
DDP. (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterm for which the Supplier is responsible to import the items into the said country paying all costs for everything and making all the arrangements for delivery subject to Supplier having capability / requisite import registrations / licenses / VAT / registrations, where applicable, for importing / selling in the destination country, as mutually agreed under the purchase agreement.

  • If AGILENT agrees to pay for applicable freight charges and duties as part of the purchase price, shipment shall be DDP (as that term is defined in the latest version incoterms), and title and risk of loss or damage shall pass from Seller to AGILENT upon Seller’s delivery of the Goods to the "Ship To" address identified by AGILENT on the face of this Order.
