ICOS Cost per Sales Representative definition

ICOS Cost per Sales Representative means the applicable ICOS Cost per Sales Representative for a particular Calendar Year, determined in the manner specified in Article VII, as adjusted in the manner described therein.

  • FTE Cost means, for any period, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs in such period.

  • Development Costs means costs incurred to obtain access to reserves and to provide facilities for extracting, treating, gathering and storing the oil and gas from reserves. More specifically, development costs, including applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of development activities, are costs incurred to:

  • Commercialization Costs means the sum of the following costs and expenses incurred by the Parties or their respective Affiliates, in Commercializing the Shared Products (and related Manufacturing activities) in the Territory, in each case, to the extent incurred in accordance with the Commercialization Plan and Commercialization Budget:

  • Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;

  • FTE means full-time equated.

  • FTE Costs means the product of (a) the number of FTEs (proportionately, on per-FTE basis) used by a Party or its Affiliates in directly performing activities assigned to such Party under this Agreement multiplied by (b) the FTE Rate.

  • Development Expenses means, with respect to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.), usual and customary operating and financial costs, such as the compliance monitoring fee, the financial monitoring fee, replacement reserves, the servicing fee and the debt service reserves.   • Annual Net Sales means, with respect to any Calendar Year, the aggregate amount of the Net Sales for such Calendar Year.

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1 or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.
