FTE Rate definition

FTE Rate means [***].

FTE Rate means $[*] per FTE per year.

Unless the Parties mutually agree on a fixed fee for such transfer assistance, Company shall reimburse all reasonable internal costs calculated at the FTE Rate and out-of-pocket costs incurred by ARS to conduct such activities under this Section 6.4.
