ICQ Service definition

ICQ Service means the ICQ-branded service, currently available through the Internet, that enables ICQ Users to communicate with one another, including through real-time, personal text messaging, and to monitor each other's online status.
ICQ Service means the ICQ® brand instant messaging service, including the ICQ 2-Way SMS Service, and any other products or services owned, operated, distributed or authorized to be distributed by or through ICQ or its Affiliates worldwide, as designated by ICQ during the Term.
ICQ Service means the U.S. version of the ICQ(TM) brand service.

  • With respect to any major implementation of significant new technology, MP will provide ICQ with written notice of the new technology so that ICQ can perform tests of the new technology to confirm its compatibility with the ICQ Service client software.

  • Subject to MP's reasonable approval, ICQ will have the right to fulfill its promotional commitments with respect to any of the foregoing by providing MP comparable promotional placements in appropriate alternative areas of the ICQ Network so long as such alternative areas have demographic and audience reach comparable to the ICQ Service .

  • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.

  • Police Service means the South African Police Service established by section 5(1) of the South African Police Service Act;
