Messaging Service definition

Messaging Service means SpryPoint’s alerts, notifications, communications, campaigns & messaging capabilities provided with the Service.
Messaging Service means the products and services that are ordered by Customer under an Order Form and includes both (a) the platform services, including access to any application programming interface (“Twilio API”) and (b) where applicable, connectivity services, that link the Services to the telecommunication providers’ networks via the Internet.
Messaging Service as defined in the Messaging Service Ordering Agreement shall additionally include, and applicable references to Messaging Service in the Messaging Service Ordering Agreement shall therefore extend to the WhatsApp Business Solution made available through Twilio to the extent utilized by Customer, except to the extent the WhatsApp Business Solution is distinguished from the Messaging Service herein.

More Definitions of Messaging Service

Messaging Service means a mean of communication for Files and Messages sent or appearing to have been sent using a managed messaging services network operated and administered by a third party provider, such as, but not limited to, XXXXX’s Standardised Corporate Environment Service, SCORE.
Messaging Service means the electronic delivery/messaging service to be offered by UPS and/or any of its Affiliates and Authorized Shipping Outlets, for the electronic delivery (and related transaction attestation services) of digital representations, including without limitation, textual messages, photographic images, audio, video, graphics, computer software and/or other information or content.

Pharmacies means the pharmacies owned by the Customer to which the services are provided as listed in Schedule 1 Part 1 and “Pharmacy” shall be construed accordingly; Services means the services provided by the supplier to the Customer, including the messaging service, as described in Schedule 1 Part 3; Service Package means a bundle of messages for which a fee is charged, as detailed in Schedule 1 Part 2; Term means subject to the provisions of Schedule 1 and clause 9 of these terms and conditions, 1 year from the commencement date (“Initial Term”) plus a further period until this agreement is terminated by either party giving the other at least 12 months notice of termination, such notice to expire on the expiry of the initial term or at the expiry of any subsequent anniversary of the initial term; VAT means value added tax chargeable under English law for the time being and any similar additional tax; Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which the banks are open for business in the city of London.
