SMS Service. 7.1. SMS service is a remote banking service enabling the Client to receive certain information and effect transactions. Inter alia, the Client can receive information on its bank account transactions attempted transactions and the balance.
7.2. For the purpose of the SMS service, the Client shall complete the relevant application at the Bank by which it expresses its wish to get the SMS service and which determines the specific conditions thereof. For the SMS service to be rendered, in the application, the Client specifies its cell number registered in the bank software.
7.3. The activated SMS service shall apply to all the accounts to be opened by the Client. The SMS service shall be rendered according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
7.4. The Client is obliged:
7.4.1. To immediately notify the Bank on change of the cell number registered with the bank or the loss of a mobile phone.
7.4.2. Not to make available to a third person its mobile phone, SIM card or another device by which the Client receives SMS Service. The Bank shall not be responsible for divulgence of the information the Client receives by means of the SMS service.
7.5. The Bank is entitled to:
7.5.1. Upon receipt of the Client’s report on the change of its phone number, mobile phone or/and SIM card loss, suspend the SMS service before the Client applies for the renewal thereof.
7.5.2. Reject the Client’s erroneous request or the one contravening the service terms or refuse to fulfill the Client’s order in case of an insufficient balance in its account or the Client’s indebtedness to the Bank.
7.6. The SMS service shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, with the specifics of this clause taken into account.
SMS Service. Availability The service is provided as a cloud solution by a service provider. It is accessible from any internet- connected device with a browser. The service is accessible from anywhere and is not dependent on UCT’s own infrastructure. SMS Service. When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code 96451. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to the short code 96451. After you send the SMS message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. SMS Service. 8.1 You acknowledge and understand that you will automatically receive a transactional SMS on your cellphone in respect of purchases for amounts that are predetermined by us.
8.2 You confirm that the use of the SMS service is at your own risk.
8.3 We do not warrant that:
8.3.1 the SMS service will meet your requirements;
8.3.2 the service will be uninterrupted, timely or secure;
8.3.3 the SMS will be accurate and correct or will arrive at the supplied cellphone number; and/or
8.3.4 the SMS received can be reconciled with the activity on your Card Account.
8.4 We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from the use of the service or the inability to use the service or any delays in the service or any fraudulent transaction taking place when the service is unavailable for whatever reason.
SMS Service. ① For using SMS service, the Company shall input the information on mobile phone to the Bank’s Internet Banking system. ② In case of any change in the number of mobile phone or other wireless communications terminal or termination of such devices, the Company shall immediately change the information. The Company shall hold responsibility for any loss or damages caused by the delay or failure in changing the information. ③ The Company shall be liable for any loss or damages caused by the Company’s incorrect input and error in mobile phone number.
SMS Service. The SMS service made available to the User for his/her Authorisation, as described further on the Website;
SMS Service. 5.1 The SMS Service can be used for the Authorisation for the Service. Fastned can provide the SMS Service to the User.
5.2 The User is responsible for the correct use of the SMS Service, as referred to on the Website. The User is responsible for verifying that the SMS codes stated on the chargers are used correctly.

An SMS or Short Messaging Service channel to allow registered Customers to submit payments via a text message either sent or received using a system that enables mobile phone users to send and receive text messages; PayPoint shall appoint a third party to process card payments in accordance with Appendix One of Part 2A of this Service Schedule.

The text message is free for anyone sending messages to your phone. Sending text messages from your iridium phone will cost 50 cents per text message you send, but are free to receive. If you are on a prepaid plan: the Sim card will burn at a rate of 30 seconds per text message. I hereby authorize GMPCS Personal Communications, Inc., its providers, representatives and assignees, to charge my credit card for the airtime services and all other related services and related charges indicated within this Service Agreement and will be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
