Identified Member means an application that identifies in response to a question on the application form that the application is made by or on behalf of a Council Member and/ or any partner of such Council Member;

Identified Member means a Member elected to any part of the district / borough (as the case may be) of the Council within which an application has been received by the Council and/or any partner of such a Member who is identified in response to a question on an application form accompanying such an application as either making the application and/or as having had it made on behalf of that Member, partner or both of them (as the case may be);

Examples of Identified Member in a sentence

  • Without limitation to the previous sentence, a Share will be deemed to be held by (and the same applies where analogous expressions are used) an Investor: (i) if such Investor holds depositary receipts (or other securities) in respect of or representing such Share; or (ii) if: (1) such Investor has or holds the Identified Rights in respect of such share; and (2) such share is registered in the name of or held by any Identified Member.
