Identified Products definition

Identified Products means products that are identified in terms of section 18(1)(a) of the Act and published in the Government Gazette by the Minister;
Identified Products means the following products: XXXX(R) oxybutynin, DUROS(TM) leuprolide, XXXX(R) methylphenidate, IUTS progesterone, D-TRANS(TM) testosterone matrix, E-TRANS(TM) LHRH and E-TRANS(TM) (skin interface technology) insulin.
Identified Products means, upon the closing of ALZA's purchase of the outstanding shares of Therapeutic Discovery Corporation, the following products: OROSr oxybutynin, DUROST leuprolide, OROSr methylphenidate, IUTS xxxxxsterone, D-TRANST testosterone matrix, E-TRANST LHRH and E-TRANST (skin interface technology) insulin.

  • In the event that restrictions or prohibitions imposed by a national or international government authority preclude conversion of a national or international currency into United States dollars, Licensee and Chiron shall consult to find a prompt and acceptable solution and, prior to Licensee and Chiron determining such an acceptable solution, Licensee shall handle all money received by Licensee from the sale or other distribution of Identified Products as Chiron may lawfully direct.

  • In the event that Identified Products are sold in currencies other than United States dollars, Net Sales shall be calculated by Licensee in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

  • Licensee may grant sublicenses under the licenses granted in Section 2.1 or other rights to exploit Identified Products only as set forth below.


More Definitions of Identified Products

Identified Products means products that are identified in terms of section 18 (1) (a) of the Act and published in the Government Gazette by the Minister;[Definition of "identified products" inserted by GN 400 of 5 May 2021.]
Identified Products means siRNA or Antisense Compounds, whether developed prior to, on, or after the Effective Date, that:
Identified Products. As set forth in Section 4.1, Crescendo shall fund the Development Costs under ALZA- approved Work Plans for each of the Identified Products during the period from the date on which TDC ceased funding such products through October 31, 1997. On or before October 10, 1997, ALZA shall provide Crescendo with a proposed Work Plan and a lifetime plan for the continued development of each of the Identified Products. On or before October 31, 1997, Crescendo shall notify ALZA in writing of its acceptance (in whole or in part) or rejection (in whole or in part) thereof.
