2. In addition, the Consultant shall provide an example of a particularly challenging construction project, whereby problems developed as the project progressed. Describe how the consultant intervened to remediate the issues, how information was relayed to the owner/public, and the ultimate outcome of the project.

8.3.5 Given the Human Services Building must function on regular weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm, describe the installation strategy your firm will employ to minimize the time that heating will not be available within the building. Given this strategy, does your firm expect to be able to complete cutover (in partial or complete stages) outside of regular business hours?
