Identity theft report definition

Identity theft report means a report that alleges identity theft with as much specificity as the consumer can provide and that is a copy of an official valid report filed by the consumer with a law enforcement agency, the filing of which subjects the person filing the report to criminal penalties if the information is false, as well as any additional information or documentation that an information furnisher or consumer reporting agency reasonably requests to determine the validity of the alleged identity theft pursuant to the procedures set forth in the FCRA. (12 CFR 1022.3(i)).

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 8, 2016 and effective December 31, 2015;

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information);

  • Rapidly report means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Form 10-K Certification As defined in Section 4.03(e).
