Identity theft report means a report that alleges identity theft with as much specificity as the consumer can provide and that is a copy of an official valid report filed by the consumer with a law enforcement agency, the filing of which subjects the person filing the report to criminal penalties if the information is false, as well as any additional information or documentation that an information furnisher or consumer reporting agency reasonably requests to determine the validity of the alleged identity theft pursuant to the procedures set forth in the FCRA.
