IEA Member countries shall mean the member countries of the IEA.

  • natural person means any natural person having the nationality of either Contracting Party in accordance with its laws.

  • EEA Regulations means the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006.

  • Relevant UK Resolution Authority means any authority with the ability to exercise a UK Bail-in Power.
